Founded and chairs a 35+ member regional network for safe, inclusive AI. Co-wrote a Southern Mediterranean AI capacity assessment and led policy engagement with the Union for the Mediterranean, Anna Lindh Foundation, and ITU.
Served as local governance AI mentor, co-designing a readiness tool and advisory framework to help Moroccan municipalities assess and prepare for responsible AI adoption in public service delivery.
